As a professional personal trainer at the top of my game I will put you through a well designed uniquely tailored fitness programme that will help us reach your goals in minimum time.
Your programme will be of the highest quality. Short term the sessions will be fun, challenging, motivating, and effective and varied, however in the long term I will be looking at getting you to reach your goals and over all have a great experience. I specialize in weight loss, body toning, muscular endurance, hypertrophy, muscular strength and power training programmes.

Commando fitness personal training session cover the whole of the Costa Del Sol from Puerto Banus to Marbella, Malaga to Mijas Costa. The choice is yours:
THE GYM
I have several gyms across the Costa del Sol in which I can use depending on the clients location. I have vast knowledge and experience of all the equipments in all the gyms and will show you how to use them correctly and safely. Giving maximum results in a minimum time. Weights machines, free weight, CV machines and fitness studio will be used for the maximum variety.
THE OUT DOORS
Activities will include running, walking, kettlebells, mountain biking, boxing pad work, agility, speed and skill training, functional training and the commando fitness circuits (not for the faint hearted )
using beaches, the sea, Andalucía mountains and surrounding areas whilst letting you breath in the med sea air .
AT YOUR HOME & OFFICE
Training in comfort of you own home or office. I will bring all the state of the art equipment and knowledge so we can conduct a training session at home or work. I will be able to simulate a gym with my equipment resulting in you getting the same workout and results as a conventional gym.

THE CONSULTATION
This meeting is one of the most important sessions we will have together, it normally takes around 90mins. In the consultation I will find which package best suits your requirement. We will look at long term goals and how we can achieve these.
The consultation is done using a series of questionnaires, health checks, range of movements testing and fitness tests (so bring you PT kit). This will enable me to produce you a lifestyle programme tailored to your own individual needs.
All the results obtained will be filed and used to follow your progression throughout your time with me. They will also be used for goal setting. We will use them to achievable goals within a dedicated time period.
Questionnaires will involve PAR-Q and Lifestyle questionnaires. If you chose I can include food + mood dairies, sleeping patterns and stress questionnaires.
Health checks involve lung tests, Blood pressure test and Body composition %.
   

I use the most up to date technology to give the most accurate results. Once the tests have been completed the results will be compiled and talked through with you.
Following the tests we will move to the gym where a series of fitness test will be completed. All of the tests will be relative to your fitness level and requirements. Again result will be recorded and used at a later date when we retest you to see how much you have improved.
After the consultation I will take away the results and prepare a detailed lifestyle report and training programme that we can work through together to achieve you needs.
