THE CONSULTATION

This meeting is one of the most important sessions we will have together, it normally takes around 90mins. In the consultation I will find which package best suits your requirement. We will look at long term goals and how we can achieve these.

The consultation is done using a series of questionnaires, health checks, range of movements testing and fitness tests (so bring you PT kit). This will enable me to produce you a lifestyle programme tailored to your own individual needs.

All the results obtained will be filed and used to follow your progression throughout your time with me. They will also be used for goal setting. We will use them to achievable goals within a dedicated time period.

Questionnaires will involve PAR-Q and Lifestyle questionnaires. If you chose I can include food + mood dairies, sleeping patterns and stress questionnaires.

Health checks involve lung tests, Blood pressure test and Body composition %.

 

 
I use the most up to date technology to give the most accurate results. Once the tests have been completed the results will be compiled and talked through with you.

Following the tests we will move to the gym where a series of fitness test will be completed. All of the tests will be relative to your fitness level and requirements. Again result will be recorded and used at a later date when we retest you to see how much you have improved.

After the consultation I will take away the results and prepare a detailed lifestyle report and training programme that we can work through together to achieve you needs.
